Pumpkin Spice Kahlua

Ingredients:

2 oz Kahlua

1.5 oz simple syrup

Milk to fill

Simple Syrup:

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Simple Syrup:

Combine water and sugar together in a pot and place on medium heat until the water boils. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the spices. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved.

Drink:

Place ice, kahlua, simple syrup and a splash of milk together in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour in a cocktail glass over ice.

Caramel Appletini

Ingredients:

1 oz vanilla vodka

1 oz sour apple schnapps

½ oz butterscotch schnapps

Instructions:

Combine alcohol in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour in a chilled martini glass.

Cinnamon (White) Russian

Ingredients:

2/3 oz kahlua

1 2/3 oz vodka

1 oz milk

1/2 oz simple syrup

Simple Syrup:

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

2 tsp cinnamon

1 oz lemon juice

½ oz maple syrup

½ oz egg white

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a sour glass over ice.
