Ted Mosby may be right when he says that “nothing good happens after 2 A.M.,” and here is why. think about it. Typically when you go out and there isn’t something special happening like Spring Break or the beginning of summer vacation, all the bars and clubs close at 2. With that said, that means there is an influx of drunk people flooding the parking lots and doing lots of horrid things.

Drunk driving. Serving alcohol and then kicking people out forces the irresponsible ones to make stupid decisions. For example, drunk driving. I’m sure we have seen enough commercials to know that NOTHING good comes out of drunk driving.

One Night Stands. Leaving the club intoxicated and horny with a somewhat attractive person talking to you can only lead to bad things…an emergency contraception the next day and a feeling between the legs that makes you ashamed for a week.

Chaos. I’m sure that we have all witness people’s tempers getting out of hand once the club closes and there is nothing to do but find some aggression to take out on a guy who ‘looked at you wrong.’

Trips to places that have you waking up the next morning saying, “How did I get here.” This is self explanatory. Nothing to add here.

Well friends, Mr. Mosby is definitely correct. NOTHING good happens after 2 A.M. If you need reassurance, listen to the song “This Time of Night” by Nelly ft. T.I.
