School is in session! But did you know you can use your supplies for more than just tacking notes and crafts? You can also open your beer bottles! Here are 3 marvelous ways to not sweat when you misplace your bottle opener. As long as you have a sheet of paper on hand and a pair of scissors you’ll be fine.

Paper

Paper can be used for more than just writing notes and letters, you can open your beer with it too if you fold if correctly! Fold a single sheet of paper until it resembles a thick rectangle (fold it hamburger style, hot dog style, then fold it vertically until you can’t fold further). When it becomes a thick rectangle fold it in half and squeeze the two sides together while you use the tip of this creation to pop open even the toughest beer bottle!

Scissors

There are 2 ways you can open a beer bottle with scissors!

The first method might look super dangerous but when done properly you’ll be fine. Angle your blades upwards keeping your fingers out of the way to smoothy glide the lid off your bottle.

If you don’t feel comfortable or confident in your ability to safely pull this off this second method is for you! Instead of using the side of the scissors with the blade you use the handle to pop any stubborn top off!

That’s all folks! Your school supplies just become 100% more versatile! Good luck, don’t cut yourself, and drink responsibly!
